Ways to Work Together
Career Renovation is for people who are accomplished, thoughtful, and ready to be more intentional about what comes next.
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to have a plan.
You don’t need to know whether you want to stay, go, or change direction.
You do need a willingness to pause long enough to tell the truth about what you want now.
How I work
Working together starts with creating space. Space to notice patterns, name what’s changed, and separate what you want from what you’ve been carrying out of habit, expectation, or loyalty.
This work isn’t about rushing toward an answer. It’s about making better decisions because you understand your situation more clearly.
Depending on where you are, our work may include:
- clarifying what you want now, not what you wanted years ago
- making sense of a career that no longer feels aligned
- deciding whether a pause, a redesign, or a transition makes sense
- preparing thoughtfully for a change without burning everything down
There is no single outcome I push for. The goal is clarity, not speed.
Starting the conversation
If you’re considering working together, the first step is to raise your hand.
This starts a brief, personal exchange. You share what’s on your mind. I’ll read it and respond. If it feels like a conversation would be helpful, I’ll send you a link to schedule a time that works for both of us.
There’s no preparation required.
There’s no commitment implied.
And there’s no expectation that you’ll have answers.
Sometimes people reach out knowing they want to work together.
Sometimes they just want to talk something through.
Both are welcome.
